For EU and Extra-EU customers
A copy of your invoice for your recent Mister Worker orders will be sent to you via email. You can also download a copy of your invoice for your recent Mister Worker orders in the Your orders section of your account.
If for any reason, you have not received your invoice via email and you cannot find it in the Your orders section of your account, please contact our support team at customerservice@mrworker.com.
For private Italian customers
To receive an electronic invoice, you must fill in the Tax Code field at the time of ordering. It will not be possible to request an invoice after completing the order.
The invoice will be issued within 15 days of the order date and you will find it in the tax box.
If after 15 days you have not received the invoice in the tax drawer, please contact our support team at customerservice@mrworker.com.
For Italian customers with a VAT number
To receive an electronic invoice, you must fill in the VAT number field and a field of your choice between SDI Code or PEC Email at the time of ordering. It will not be possible to request an invoice after completing the order.
The invoice will be issued within 15 days of the order date and you will find it in the tax box.
If after 15 days you have not received the invoice in the tax drawer, please contact our support team at customerservice@mrworker.com.
