You can return your order/item(s) for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note, returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse, we would therefore strongly recommend that you use a tracked service. Always retain proof of postage.
Please note that:
- The costs and risks associated with returning the item(s) are entirely in charge of the customer.
- The costs of any import taxes related to your shipment will be deducted from your refund.
- We currently accept returns only from private individuals rather than companies/traders.
Items returned must be in the original condition they were received and in their original packaging. Items will be inspected upon return, if we deem the items unsaleable, it will not be refunded and returned back to you.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately at email@example.com before returning the item(s) and we will assist you with your query.

- Please include all the documentation enclosed in your delivery. International/Extra-EU customers should put the packing slip and invoice of their order in a plastic envelope and fix it directly to their package.
