Orders Above €5,000 – Refund Policy
Please note that we cannot issue refunds or cancellations after confirmation of the purchase for any order with a total value exceeding €5,000. Each order of this nature constitutes a binding purchase contract and is managed differently than standard transactions.
This policy is due to the following factors:
- Customized Supplier Agreements: These high-value orders involve specific negotiations and commitments with our suppliers, which are tailored to the exact needs of the client and are often non-reversible.
-
Dedicated Inventory Allocation: Goods are often reserved or procured specifically for the client upon order confirmation, making it difficult or impossible to return them to general stock.
Warehouse Picking and Handling Costs: Managing large or special orders requires custom picking, packing, and logistics efforts, often involving third-party providers or non-standard procedures. - Non-Resaleable or Non-Returnable Items: In some cases, items ordered as part of custom agreements cannot be resold or returned to suppliers due to their specific nature (e.g., customized goods, special configurations, or limited-edition stock).
- Risk Mitigation: This policy protects both the client and our business from risks associated with changing supply conditions, fluctuating market prices, and supplier terms.
By confirming such an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms as part of the purchase contract.
